Having been dealing with you since we bought the Jetta in 2005, it feels like we are part of the University VW family, thanks to the thoughtfullness and extra service and care demonstrated by your service people, especially Jon. Thank you. We actually pass a VW dealer who is closer to us to vome to University VW, because of the high quality of your work and your people.
