Businiess name:  Eastside Subaru
Review by:  Jason _.
Review content:
I bought a new 2010 Outback from another dealer (Chaplin's), but Eastside Subaru is a lot closer to my home and office so I intended to use them for all my service needs. Easy jobs went well; oil changes and tire rotations were quick and painless. Anything more complicated, however, and their service managers were quick to direct me back to Chaplin's. On two separate warranty issues, they didn't even want to try to investigate. They just threw me over the fence to Chaplin's. The good news is, Chaplin's was able to fix both problems quickly, and without complaining about it. I won't be going back to Bruce Titus. I would rather drive an extra 15 miles through Bellevue traffic to go to Chaplin's.
