"During the current economic crisis and because of things that have happened beyond our control, my wife and I unfortunately had to make the decision to short-sell our house. After researching and reading up about the short-sale process, we knew we needed someone who had the experience, not just the ability to talk about it. I know that there are a lot of people claiming to be experts in this field, and I know that of which I speak because we talked to a few before we decided to go with Fidelity Homes Realty, and not once have we regretted our decision.
Fidelity Homes Realty has been phenomenal from day one through signing off on the house once it was finally sold. The team has the ability to make a very unpleasant life experience and transform it into one that is not so overwhelming. My wife and I were always kept abreast of what was going on, even when it appeared as though nothing was going on. They listened and they represented my wife and I in the same manner that I expected he would —professionally, even when the banks were less than professional.
Fidelity Homes Realty was always available and promptly returned our phone calls and emails, no matter how trivial our question(s) may have been. My wife and I highly recommend the Fidelity Homes Realty team, and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who may/might be in the same position we were. We actually look forward to using them again when we are in the position to purchase a new house.
