I would like to take this opportunity to advise you of the professional and courteous attitude which was extended to me and my spouse by one of your employees during a recent stay at your Charlottesville location. His name is Isa Sandrez. This young man went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us in a very disappointing situation with the Courtyars Marriott. My spouse and I had three nights reservations at the Courtyard Marriott which were made six months in advance. A major thunder storm occured in Charlottsville upon our arrival and some how we were only we guaranteed one nights reservation. Charolttsville was without power for three days and there were no rooms available anywhere. The Marriott was not able to accomondate us for the other two evenings and made no attempt to assist us with other hotels. Your employee did everything he could do and was able to find us a room. We observed this gentleman and just want you to know how professional he was in assisting other guest. You are very fortunate to have such valuable employee with your organization.
