I am writing to compliment one of your employees, Frank Mercardante. This in itself is a credit to Frank because I am not an easy person to please. Additional proof of this may be obtained from my barber, doctor, landscaper, neighbors and children. If you have seen the movie Gran Torino, then you have some idea of the many traits lacking from my personality. In any case last Thursday, June 25th, my wife and I purchased a 2009 Ford Escape from your dealership. Frank was our sales person and in spite of his heroic efforts this sale almost did not happen. However, the obstacles were overcome, and because of Frank's diligent efforts and persistence, the deal was consummated.
