Businiess name:  Ken's Tire Service

Review content:
I brought my SUV in to have some work done. For this situation the actual work is irrelevant. After Ken personally told me that he would look at it right away, and after many calls, and 8 days later I went to his shop to retrieve a jacket from my car and to personally get the status. When I got there I opened my SUV and found all of my glove compartment items all over the front seat, which I thought was strange because the truck was locked. No sign of forced entry. I then went to the the hatch back area and found all of my gear gone. (not particularly expensive items , except for one, but there was value to me) I approached Ken with this information and without apologizing or sorry about that, or taking any responsibility he said. "We generally keep all vehicles outside and that someone may have got in." I said but Ken, the car was locked. Oh, was his response. So.... either someone with a key stole my items or they left the car outside for an amount of time UNLOCKED and then locked it later. Either way I received no apology. With the location to the freeway, the amount of drifters in that location, the irresposibility of the ownership and the completely chaotic environment, as a previous reviewer noted, its not worth the risk. Let me ask you, Is this a place you would bring your car/truck to save maybe $25???? Never again!
