Baxter had never been in a boarding facility or kennel EVER! So we were very nervous. We were leaving for 2 weeks, so we investigated many, many facilities. The Philadelphia Pet Hotel surpassed them all. They understood that Baxter isn't just our dog, he is a family member, and "Our Baby". He throughly enjoyed the group play time with the other dogs. They have indoor and outdoor play areas, not like many other facilities out there. The staff is incredible. They spent serious time getting to know him, learning his wants and needs. The staff welcomed our daily phone calls, checking in on baby boy. Baxter loved the pools and sprinklers every day in outside playtime. Baxter also enjoyed a full grooming spa day before coming home.
