Review content:
I have been seeing Steph for the past year. I first called her about Prenatal Massage as I was a few months pregnant and feeling the aches and pains of pregnancy. I saw her one to two times a month until I gave birth to a very healthy baby girl. Postnatal, we worked out a tailored package that concentrated on getting toxins out and restoring my body and mind. Juggling a newborn and lack of sleep, Steph was able to pinpoint my problem areas with intuition and strength, giving me the gift of relaxation. She even took time to teach me a little about baby massage! I have seen many massage therapists in the past, but have found it difficult to connect and trust my body to. Some of the reasons I continue to see Steph is that she is so positive, she has a go get 'em "let's fix you up!" attitude, and I really enjoy her holistic approach to wellness and health.
