Hummus is a middel eastern dish that consist of mashed chick peas, and an assortment of garnishes. It is very fullfilling and to those who are the unintiated I recommend trying the two dollar sandwich for a taste of this culinary delight. To those who have grown up on hummus, i recommend the hummus platter, hummus foul. It is consist of pita bread, hummus, with an assortment of garnishes (olive oil, guacamole, spices) with an egg for an excellant evening or afternoon meal at 5 dollars. This place serves nothing but hummus to those who are culinarily daring or experience this is a great place to go.
