The Hair Cuttery has unbeatable prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. You don't have to have a appointment, but you can make one if you want to make sure you get in at a certain time. The longest I've had to wait was half an hour. They also sell salon products for cheaper than anywhere else you can get them.
