I was able to get an appointment here at the last minute, but the stylist (Annie) didn't cut my the way I asked her to before she started cutting, and when I tried to intervene during she just got defensive. I thought i was being specific when I explained that I wanted to keep my long layers and lose some length, but she gave me a pretty different style: shaggy, almost feathered. She asked at the end what I thought, but when I told her I was disappointed she just blew it off as the product and not the cut itself.
