Businiess name:  European Bistro

Review content:
John and I had dinner at the European Bistro on Saturday night and the entire dinner and evening was far beyond what we expected. The service was very attentive. The chef came out to greet us just prior to the owner stopping by our table to ask about our dinner. The waiter was very helpful in helping us select our entrees and the prior courses. The starter was just what I hoped for, I cannot remember the name, but it was a Hungarina wanton. The second item was the most wonderful cucumber salad, my husband is going to attempt to replicate it for me. My husband is still talking about his dinner, a combination of duck liver and red cabbage. I am not a fan of liver, he is, and he is still talking about it to his friends. I will give you a quote from him, " the combination of flavors in this dish were incomparable....if was a feast for the palate. I think he will be trying to figure this one out until he goes back and stands in the kitchen while they prepare it. This was a wonderful dinner we stumbled onto by accident, it was better than dinners we have paid three times the price for. We will be driving back to the Austin area to visit this one soon. Kathy and John
