"My husband and I just moved to Sherry Apt. and we love it here. The view out the back door is beautiful (we face the back of the building) and its nice to hear all the birds chirping. Every tenant that I've run into has been very nice. The only noise complaint I have is that we can hear our neighbors through the bathroom vent, but that's only when you're in there and the fan is off. Its a very minor issue. Its very quiet most of the time except for the occasional dog barking. There's tons of space, 4 closets!!! Everything is new too. One thing I've noticed is that the hallways are like saunas. The heat was supposed to go off April 30 but it seems like its still on. Its nice in the winter though! Its a great apartment building. I'm sure we'll end up renewing our lease next year."
