Doug Gnader is the man that helped us the entire way through. We were in need of a van for our new daycare business and our family. We had a very low budget and were already into a lease vehicle with high monthly payments. We felt Doug understood and cared our our wants and needs. We felt he showed us his best of best used vans.It is a very nice van in very good shape and we really didnt want to let it slip through our fingers, but we already had a car. Doug went way out of his way to find a way for us to get rid of our monthy payments on our current vehicle so we had the ability to get the van we wanted. That was awesome! He sure worked hard and kept us up to date on all the news that came day after day. We have had the van for a month now and love it. We will be long time customers with any new or used cars at Lake Manawa Nissian Kia, because of Doug we beleive they will do us right and we fully trust them, which is hard to say about many car dealerships. Council Bluffs is lucky to have a place like Lake Manawa Nissian Kia and salesman like Doug!
