It was an extremely hot day mid August and my a/c unit stopped working. Called a hand full of companies out of the yellow pages. All of them told me it won't be till the next day. I even went as far as telling them I have an elderly woman on oxygen. It's now 6 pm and 88 inside my house. I start calling more companies. Now there closed and it will cost me over time. I finally got someone to come out not only for no overtime charge but he went as far as rearranging his last few call to get to me first due to my mothers health. I will reccomend this company to everyone. Now that is "taking care of the customer" new or existing. Thank You Cool Wizard It's a blessing to have a company like you around. Stanley Simmons
