Review content:
If you live in Baltimore and need a replacement piece of Edwardian hardware, an arcane tool for a rehab project, or a plain old 10 gallon galvanized steel garbage pail, this is the place. Falkenhan's is the classic small hardware store tucked into a Hampden basement. It's been around for more than 30 years. You might think that you would NEVER find that particular item for your current project, but you will here.. Falkenhan's is an entire big box hardware store, compressed into a teeny tiny space. Somehow it fits in every type of screw, fastener, tool, gardening implement, painting supply, pipe, and chain, along with a ton of other things that you never knew you needed, but probably will someday. And with its convenient location and friendly staff versed in the minutia of everything from sash weight chains to paint thinner, Falkenhan's is a godsend.
