I recently visited Papyrus in Alderwood Mall and was pleasantly surprised with the attentive service I recieved. I spent an afternoon browsing wedding invitations and a staff member was extremely patient and helpful. I recieved my invitations faster than expected and the quality was excellent. I also recieved a follow-up call from another staff member to ensure I was satisfied with the order. The seals for the invitations were missing from the original order (due to my delay in returning the rough draft approval) and even though it wasn't the fault of Papyrus, they doubled my order free of charge.
