Review content:
I've never been a huge fan of Wal-mart, but in the small town of White Lake, there aren't too many shopping choices. In the numerous times I've shopped in this store, the picture is always the same: messy aisles, too many people, very long lines and lots of waiting. I don't know why I kept going back, but I won't be any longer. The last trip I made to Wal-mart, I purchased some plants. Yes, they were cheaper than anywhere else, but after leaving the store I noticed I was charged incorrectly. I headed back in to inform the sales associate, and she told me I had to go to customer service in order to get an adjustment.
Well, the customer service desk only had one sales associate and there were 6 people ahead of me in line. I witnessed 4 assistant managers or other employees walk by, obviously seeing the line, and not one of them offerred to help or call someone else to come help. If I had been the sole customer service associate, I would have been even more perturbed than I was as a customer! I waited for 30 minutes before I got my no-questions asked price adjustment. When I finally was able to leave, there were 12 customers in line behind me. Ridiculous! Never again.
