the customer service isn't as great as other places. they also have a limited range of plasma tv selection. in my opinion, the products that they have are highly overpriced as well. take for example a dvd player, they are selling an apex dvd player that would normally retail at 30 bucks or so at other places, they would sell for 79.99 marked down from 129.99
