Review content:
Dr. Horng Fan (not Fang as listed) has been my primary care physician for the past few years. I've found him to be very helpful and friendly, and I can tell that he really does care about the patient's ailments. Also, the wait is never too long, which is always a good thing. He is always fair in how he charges his patients, unlike some physicians who basically charge you for everything. I would recommend him.
