Review content:
I like this couple-run studio in Encinitas. Very spiritual, mindful practice of yoga. I think the prenatal (Serenity) classes are very good and very supportive and personalized--a great energy in those classes. The regular classes are good too, but I find most not to be rigorous enough. It's a good blend of mind and body. What might not work for some people is that there is usually a lot of wisdom and thoughts imparted all through class--if you find a lot of talking to be a distraction from your focus (which I do, to a certain degree), then these might not be the classes for you. The chanting sessions are great.
