Businiess name:  Denise's Parrot Place
Review by:  Beth M.
Review content:
I have visited parrot shops from California to New York. I've seen some pretty bad places. While this store is very clean and well organized, well, that's the trouble. If you as a customer aren't up to their standards, you may be treated like a bum. I went there, an experienced and responsible bird owner, with $2000 cash in my pocket. And left after just a few minutes of being pushed aside by harried employees. The employees seem stressed and too busy to deal with those asking "silly" questions and/or they do not approve of. I went twice, hoping that the treatment I received just reflected a bad day for them. Same stuff, different day. I have discussed the store atmosphere with bird-owner friends that are far more politically correct than me. The report from them was, "I felt like I just didn't belong there, like they wished I would leave.
