Truly a great experience. This top notch team went through the home top to bottom. They were professional and personable. As a first time home buyer I had TONS of questions and they took the time to answer all of them in laymans terms. The bound report, including detailed photos, was printed on site. It is layed out extremely well with lots of great information. I also love that you can veiw the report on line almost imediately. Their website is filled with awesome information and very useful links. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home with out reservation!!!
