Businiess name:  Cafe Diva

We are lucky to have a lot of great resaurants in Steamboat. Places like Cottonwood Grill, Festival Jalsico, Harwigs, Antares and the Cabin are always a pleasure to go to. One of the benefits of living in a resort town I guess. That said Cafe Diva always impresses with great service (get Daryl if you can but everyone is good), imaginative but substantial food, a choice wine list and great desserts. Cafe Diva's preperation and presentation are first class without being unapproachable and they are the only place I have ever seen that cooks meat accuately to your order everytime. This is especially good when you are talking about one of my favorites there, Elk Tenderloin which is much more difficult to do. Don't bother adjusting your order to make sure it doesn't come over-cooked at this resaurant. Cafe Diva is located in the Torian Plum Plaza at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Let me know how you liked it. If you want to come to Cafe Diva, I have 3 simple hints. - If you plan to be here during ski season or the busy summer months call ahead to make your reservation. -If you are here in the slower times take advantage of Date Night which offers a multi-course meal wiht sharing of the courses outside of the main entree for about $20.
