Well it had being about a year since my last massage so I was really surprised by how good I felt after having the Aanstad experience. If massages were always this good why did I ever stop..not sure, but I know that getting a massage at Aanstad is going to be a regular part of my when in LA routine. If you are luck enough to live in LA make it part of your weekly routine.
I went mountain biking a few days after the massage. 22 miles at over 7000 feet in Lake Tahoe. Was expecting to feel stiff and sore, but the muscles were great. Talk about last effect! Amazing.
Can't wait for next time.
Pros: expert massage, super nice staff, parking in back, price.
Cons: only that I don't live in LA
