Review content:
The J C Penney location in Huntington is a waste of time to shop at. The racks are so close together in the clothing departments that you cannot get through, the selection is so skimpy, and prices are generally high. There is very little to choose from, unless you are built like a barbie doll or need a pair of expensive tennis shoes. I have never gotten a piece of jewelry from here that I did not have some sort of problem with and have to return (stones falling out, order not being processed correctly, etc). Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone who needed more than socks or shoes.
