This BBQ restaurant is one of a few in K.C. that lives up to the hype and their impressive array of trophies and ribbons that fill the restaurant.
It's a small no-frills restaurant in North Kansas City that serves excellent BBQ. After numerous visits I have tried it all and this is a must for any BBQ lover. The burnt ends are off the chart good and the ribs are excellent as well. The rest of the BBQ sandwiches are good but if you go on Wednesday’s the burnt ends are fresh and why get anything else. Their beans are quite good but different from the other good ones like Jack Stacks and LC's. Their steak fries are average but I always substitute for the incredible potato casserole dish. Their 2 BBQ sauces are good but would really recommend the hot sauce over the mild. Trust me, go on Wednesday and get the burnt ends, you won't be disappointed.
