Good: Take your money really fast.... Bad: General Manager takes personal jabs at you.
Don't care about younger customers.
They don't do an inspection on trade-ins. My oil filter had a large gash n the back it. Oil was chunky black when i replaced it. Transmission gave out within a week, had it at their shop for over 3 weeks and without a call for eight days before i had to yell at them to call me.
General Manager said he was the owner and he will do whatever he wants. Said i was lying about everything.. Improvements: General Manager be fired. Improved communication with service and its customers.. Other: Sent a letter to Mike Scarff saying everything that happened to me.
Sent me a letter back not answering any questions and got the feeling he was pushing me aside because i don't matter..
