We have been in a house rented from Rudulph Real Estate for almost a year now, and have not had the issues these others have had. After about 3 months of living there, we noticed a roof leak. We called right away and while it did take a little bit of time, they completely replaced the roof, no excuses. They even hired a new roofer to do the job and he was fabulous, only taking 2 and a half days to get the job done. Also, not long ago during a rainstorm, a limb fell off a tree in the front yard onto one of our cars and blocked the driveway. It was after office hours –about 8pm. I called the office and got the afterhours number to report the issue and got Mr. Rudulph on his cell phone. When I explained the situation, (the driveway was blocked by the limb and we could not get out the next day for work), Mr. Rudulph came himself, chain saw in hand, to remove at least part of the limb. He worked in the dark and the rain to get the job done. While it did take a couple of days longer to get the rest of the limb cleaned up and off the property, it was done. So far Rudulph has been ok to deal with and the level of service has been good. This is my first experience renting a house and I would rent again from Rudulph.
