I have had an account with Valley View for just a little over a year and I am very impressed. My job takes me all over Kansas City. They have a helpful sevice called bankability, which allows me to use a few other local banks besides Valley View for my banking business. I have used it a lot. The employees at one of the Security Bank branches knows me as well as my favorite Valley View branch. One other thing I think it great... when I come through the drive through and bring my dog, they send him a treat through the little tube. My dog has figured this out and gets excited when he realizes we're coming to the bank, so even my dog likes this bank. :)
