I've been using this dealership since 1991, when I bought my first Toyota. Now I have a Prius -- love it! The sales person was really respectful, no pressure, and gave me a very good deal. The service department is excellent. They're always thorough and do the job right. The reps are great -- very friendly, also respectful. They've never tried to pressure me to do anything other than scheduled service (unless they find a problem -- rare in my experience). I also appreciate the extended hours, including Saturdays. The waiting room is great -- bright, very clean, wide-screen TV, free wi-fi, free beverages, fruit and munchies. They also have a shuttle service that will take you anywhere within a reasonable distance of the dealership.
