I have taken my mini-poodles to Turner Animal Hosp for grooming for over a year. Every time I would say don't cut Tippy's beard and mustashe. After a while thought it was a given. The one time I didn't say 'don't cut his mushtashe' she cut it off. When I picked him up she told me she had a mishap with his top knot and it was shorter, thought no biggy. I was on lunch had to rush them home & get back to work. When I got home that nite I thought something is not right. took me a bit to figure out she cut off his beard/mustashe. Won't take 'em back to her. Got Bubble & Bows # from a firend & left it at home. Looked it up on the internet and found the other review. I called the vets office to confirm it was the same gal @ each place. They confirmed, Now I have to find a new groomer. No way I will take them back to her.
