Great response time from time of my call and Awesome Service!!!!!
I had a clogged toilet due to a little one placing almost a whole roll of paper towels down it. Resulting in water pouring out of the toilet when I ran my washing machine. (fun mess!). I called several different plumbers, and since it was the weekend their rates were enormous ($250.00 an hour just to come out plus hourly rate - absolutely ridiculous).
I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter from the moment I called. The lady that answered the call was friendly, courteous and on the ball. With Roto-rooter there is no fee for them to come out, if you like their estimate great if not there is no charge. She kept me informed about the status of my call and when someone would be out with phone calls to me. I could not ask for better customer service.
From the moment the technician arrived, Eric #797, he was friendly thorough and was great about explaining the different things we could try and the prices. He was in and out in no time. I will never use another plumber again. Roto-Rooter's prices are fair and I love that there is no fee for them to come out and inspect the problem! Go Roto-Rooter! Far better customer service then any other plumbers I have dealt with in the past. If you have a plumbing problem call Roto-Rooter, you will not be disappointed.
