My search for a local vet that is both patient and understanding has come to an end thanks to you!! Our last local vet ( who shall remain namless) had an entire staff of people who had no idea how to deal with a fear aggressive dog ( or a paying customer for that matter). Dealing with a fear aggressive dog is a skill that not all people have and i am thankful that you have MASTERED it!! Although Holly was not on her best behavior ( she said to tell you she'll try extra hard next time to be calmer), you took your time and waited for her to warm up and feel more comfortable. The extra time you took really made a difference. We are extremely thankful we found you!
