Review content:
I rented tables and chairs for my wedding, paying a premium for wooden tables that turned out to be splintering boards that left splinters in my guests and myself. While I asked them to load the table and chairs to the trailer I had brought with me from Louisville KY, they loaded the chairs into the truck while I was signing paperwork. In doing it against my instructions they caused $400 damage to my tailgate.
When I mentioned the splinters and damage to my truck, the manager stated "oops, you signed the contract that we aren't responsible." No sorry, no effort at customer satisfaction.
With the attention to detail and maintenance they have, I'd be afraid to rent anything from them I stand on or under.
