Review content:
I live on the front side of the building on a high floor. My apartment was flooded 2 days back because a pipe burst on a higher floor. The front lobby area of my apartment is destroyed. The roof had to be taken out, the hardwood floors need to be replaced. I was told by the crew that pipes burst on a regular basis in this building (although the management is denying this).
I will post the pictures of the damaged apartment soon (as soon as I am able to transfer the pics out of my cell phone).
I was wondering whether anyone else had flooding issues with their apartments in Marbella. If you have, could you please write back to me'
