Thank you to the staff members at Bertera for making everything work out well with our purchase. We have been dedicated Jeep owners and saw a vehicle on your lot while on a weekend vacation in your area. Sometimes purchasing a vehicle out of state can be challenging especially with the strict MA regulations on purchasing any vehicle and registering in another state such as NY where we live. All of the staff members were knowledgeable and hardworking but we must mention the outstanding efforts of, Gabe, Peter, John, Shondell, Cynthia, Debbie in the business office and of course the driver John who brought the vehicle here safely to NY and also took great care to ensure that everything went smoothly registering the vehicle with the NY Dept of Motor Vehicles. We appreciate the efforts of everyone at Bertera for their hard work and dedication in making the customer experience satisfying and worthwhile.
