I recently worked with Attorney Richard Gins and he did an excellent job with handling my personal bankruptcy case. He came highly recommended by a close friend of the family and after working with him I would highly recommend him as well. I spoke with 4 other bankruptcy lawyers before meeting with Attorney Gins. All of the lawyers I spoke with thought I could not qualify for Chapter 7 bankruptcy but Attorney Gins, because of his thorough understanding of bankruptcy laws and my unique situation, knew immediately that I could qualify for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Attorney Gins did an excellent job with navigating the DC bankruptcy system. I was also impressed with how reasonable Attorney Gins prices were compared to other quotes I received. Throughout my case Attorney Gins or his legal assistant was always available to speak with me and he always had an informative and supportive disposition. Overall I had a great experience and I would use Attorney Gins again and highly recommend him to others.
