We stayed just one night and boy was it a night, not only was the hotel great but my mother won a cool grand at the boats! The service here was great, Grace at the front desk was the best; she made our stay one that I'll remember for a long time. The rooms were clean and the locations was the best for the donation trip to the Shreveport boats! LOL! All in all I never write trip reports but I had to for this hotel and it's staff, Holiday Inn Downtown you get my vote and a perfect 10..............thanks!
