Review content:
Good: Nothing!. Bad: I have only been going for 3 years. My first 2 visits were ok. Waited in the first waiting room 45 minutes and then an additional 20 minutes in the exam room. 3rd time I had to see an NP because all the Dr's were booked out 5 months ahead of time! Come on now! That is ridiculous! When the NP came in to my room she didn't knock first and she brought 2 interns in my room without even asking. She also left the door wide open and it was directly across from the reception area.. Improvements: It would be nice if they could hire people with better manners and who treat you like a human being and not a number or child. Stop overbooking patients!. Other: I was treated in a very rude way. I am a modest person. Not only staff are at the reception area, but patients and there families. I thought it was extremely inconsiderate. The Nurse Practitioner also made me feel like an idiot and like I was a child. We resolved nothing!.
