My car was broken into on a Sunday night at 10:30. I called them to leave a message and someone answered the phone! The person's name was Patti and she said she handled there after hours and normally that means up till 10 at night, but she answered because she figured it had to be important being that is was so late on a Sunday. She ordered my glass and they came out first thing on Monday to fix it. They even cleaned up all the broken glass. They also handled filing the insurance claim for me. We don't compliment enough for a job well done, so thank you Patti for being so sympathetic and compasionate to someone having a really bad day!! Ray Sands has a customer for life.
