I normally come to Old Orchard Beach in the summer time because thats when all the action happens. I was visiting my Mother-in-Law in October and decided to stay at one of the hotels that was still open. We came across the grand beach inn which i learned is open year round and do their majority of renting on a weekly basis. The price we paid was 59 dollars for the night I also asked about other rates and they mentioned they have weekly rates for 150 per week. The room was nice and clean I wish I would have planned to stay longer because one week at this rate with everything included is a steal! The entire stay was a breeze Check In was very simple and quick. The desk girl was very charming and the other staff I came across were also friendly. It was great environment to be in even though it was off season. I can't wait to come back next year
