My son is a senior at Acton Boxboro High School and has been involved in Swymfit's Burdenko, water conditoning/therapy program with Taylor Kruse. Taylor is a terrific coach, challenging him with a variety of water workouts to address his muscle tightness, leg injury and overall strength and conditioning. He has been great at motivating my son to improve through his sessions but also to practice on his own at the pool. My son frequently comments on the improvements he is feeling as a result of this type of workout. Both Taylor and Steve Victorson, the owner, have been very professional and have taken a genuine interest in my son. In addition to a nice pool, Swymfit has a well equipped exercise room. My son benefits from a land workout followed by the water conditioning.
