I could not be happier. Too bad there aren't more stars to give....The long saga of "get the house fixed up" is finally ending since I stumbled upon Man thats handy.
When I called, I reached Yagil. I described the work to be done: swap some doors, install a storm door, change door hardware/locks, insulate windows from the outside, patch up some cracks and holes, and install a flat panel TV for the bedroom.. Right away, I got a straightforward estimate that was in my budget. I then invited Yagil to come out to give me a firm quote...
When Yagil came out to assess the project, he offered some alternative ideas to save me money and then promptly sent me a very detailed work order. A big issue of mine was doing business with a company that can promise a "no surprises when we're done" quote- Yagil was more than able to do so...
The day the work was to begin, his crew was here exactly on time. I cant tell you how many times I have hired somebody and they show up late. The crew was seasoned and knowledgeable and did not waste a second trying to figure out what to do... The work was completed ahead of schedule and the quality was TOP NOTCH.
