Jamie and I went looking for a car a year ago and ran into a salesman who was friends with a friend of mine from church. WHen I called him 9 months later read to purchase, he had left to Scottrade and referred me to Mark M. at Toyota of West County. My friendtold me that Mark handles the large transaction with business and is also the leading salesman at Toyota of West County and if there is any sales guy with negotiating power, he'll be bale to help me get the deal I want. I did my research, contacted other dealers, and went in and mark was able to negotiate with managment and beat the competition and get us into the Camry we wanted for the price we were willing to pay. Mark is also a Christian and handled himself accordingly, the process was transparent throughout and he continues to follow up with us to make sure all is well. You should see the many years of awards and testimonials at his desk.
