Roberto Roy is the best auto salesperson I have met. He's not after a quick dollar, but wants to establish a relationship with you and keep you coming back as a loyal BMW customer. I recently ordered a 2011 328i and when I came to pick it up he had ordered a coupe and not the sedan I wanted. He more than made up for the error though by giving a fantastic deal on the more expensive model. I will definitely go back to Roberto for my next vehicle.
