I have been going to PAL for years and have had occasion to visit most locations.The old location on 'H' St. was a nightmare of waiting. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! The new location (still on 'H') is much better; more waiting room, shorter waits, better organized .The old Brimhall location (east of Calloway) was better but still a short wait and if you haven't eaten for 12 hours - no fun! The location on Truxtun Ext. is the best. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. If you don't have to fast try to go later in the day.Today I visit the "new" Brimhall location (west of Calloway). I'll have to let you know but I recommend PAL Labs to everyone because they're sooooo convenient. I have to say that having lab work done is no big deal for me so maybe I'm just not sensitive to the things others are. I can reccoment PAL Labs with confidence that my doctor will have fast accurate results on my next visit.I only rated it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement:-)
