I usually don’t write reviews on any websites but let’s make this an exception. I was treated poorly with other dealerships but Russel Volkswagen took great care of me like I’m part of the family. They answered all my questions in a short amount of time, which I totally appreciate due to my busy schedule. I will definitely recommend Russel Volkswagen to all my friends and I’m pretty certain they won’t be disappointed cause I sure wasn’t! Thanks again.
