We have been using Import Auto for several years for our cars. We have always been very satisfied but never so much as when we went to another service center. We needed to have our car towed and AAA would only tow within 5 miles so we took our car to another repair shop. We did not feel comfortable with the estimates given and I called Chris at Import Auto to check it out. Even though our car was at another shop, Chris spent a considerable amount of time checking prices of parts, etc. and advising me of the best way to proceed, which included a auto insurance claim. That's service! We have complete trust in these guys and the work they perform.
