Review content:
We ate at China Cafe and we will never return. The generic sauces could have been poured from a bottle. The flavors were non-existant. We ventured into the China Cafe based on word of mouth. That is the problem. This is Chinese food for Yoopers. If you have never had the real deal; you have no way to compre the China cafe to any other Chinese food. In the U.P., there is usually only one Chinese restaurant per town. Yoopers have no basis for comparision. The owners are The China Cafe must have little or no respect for their customers. Otherwise they would not pretend to be serving good Chinese food. When any REAL food critics in 2007 rave about the China Cafe -- we will return. Maybe that would signal a change in management. The owners of the China Cafe have duped their customers. When those customers taste good Chinese food, the China Cafe will be gone. Perhaps relocated to the U.P.
